A Notary Public is a person appointed by the State (Michigan) to serve the public in preventing fraud by signing off on important paperwork such as a Deed, Trust, Will or Power of Attorney etc. Notary Signing Agents help with the closing of a real estate transaction. 

"The notary's duty is to screen the signers of important documents for their true identity, their willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction." - NNA

At Notary One, we strive to keep our rates low for customer satisfaction which is why Acknowledgements and Jurats are the same price! However, an Acknowledgement is me "Acknowledging" what's on the paperwork as with a Jurat an OATH has to be done. I cannot advise which one you would need. Please consult with a Legal Expert for that advice.

If there is no notarial block on the paperwork provided I will give you one at no additional charge. 

Yes! My appointment-based booking is to insure I give all my clients enough time to get all notarial acts done and for travel purposes as well. I don't want to keep you waiting. Your appointment time is YOURS.

Yes! I will send a link to your phone (after booking here) to start the process via Blue Notary's Platform. Thats where I will do the Notarization. Identity verification is required before starting. You will also pay on that platform as well. 

You if do not need my services please reach out 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Communication is KEY!

Travel Fees are calculated based on where I am when I took the call and WE agreed on an appointment time. This is due to me not being in the same place at the same time and saves my clients money.  I do not have to come to your home if you are not comfortable. We can always meet somewhere. If you come to me I waive the fee. 

At this time no refunds are done. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As of right now CashApp and Zelle are my only forms of payment. Payments are taken upfront to confirm appt slot. No exceptions.
